Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Install Sahaab on your server and every feature works for 15 days, without a card or an account with us. When you are ready, buy a plan and enter the license key in the admin panel. If you don't, existing websites keep running; only new accounts and transfers pause.
What am I charged, and when?
The price of your plan, in US dollars, at the start of each monthly or yearly period, until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You receive an invoice by email for each payment.
How do I cancel?
In your customer area, at any time, in two clicks. Your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged. There are no cancellation fees or minimum terms.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every installation includes a 15-day free trial with all features, payments are not refundable once a period has started. We do refund duplicate charges and charges made after a cancellation by mistake. See our cancellation and refund policy.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your customer area; the difference is settled on your next invoice.
Is the price per server?
Yes. One license runs one server. Moving to a new server is free: release the old one in your customer area and use the same key on the new one.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown without tax. Where sales tax or VAT applies to your location, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
