Switch panels without losing a single mailbox

The Transfer Tool copies every account from your old server — websites, email, databases, DNS and passwords — while the old server keeps serving visitors.

Connect your old server

In the admin panel, open Transfer Tool and add your cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin server. Sahaab lists its accounts with their size.

Choose accounts and copy

Pick one account or all of them. They are copied in the background, several at a time, with a report for each one.

Final sync and switch DNS

Just before you point the domains here, run a final sync for the latest files, email and database changes. Nothing is lost in between.

From cPanel / WHM

Connect your WHM server with an SSH key or the root password. Accounts come over as full cpmove backups: files, MySQL databases and users, mailboxes with their mail and passwords, forwarders, DNS zones, cron jobs, addon domains, subdomains, aliases and SSL certificates.

From Plesk

Connect your Plesk server and choose the subscriptions. Each becomes a Sahaab account with its domains, document roots, databases, mailboxes, DNS records and scheduled tasks.

From DirectAdmin

Connect your DirectAdmin server, or upload the user backups it creates. Domains, databases, email accounts with their passwords, forwarders and DNS zones are imported.

What comes along

Your customers notice nothing — except a faster panel

  • Websites and their folders, permissions fixed for the new server
  • MySQL databases, users and grants
  • Mailboxes with all their mail, and the same passwords
  • Forwarders, autoresponders and catch-all addresses
  • DNS zones, cron jobs, SSL certificates and PHP settings from .htaccess
