Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using Sahaab and our online services.
Effective 20 October 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to you and, through your own terms, to the people you host.
You may not use Sahaab or our services to
- break the law, or host or distribute content that is illegal where you or your server operate, including child sexual abuse material;
- send unsolicited bulk email (spam), or host phishing pages, malware, or command-and-control servers;
- attack, scan or disrupt other systems, or run denial-of-service attacks;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- share, resell or publish license keys, or work around license checks or limits;
- overload our license, update or AI services, for example with automated requests beyond normal use.
Your hosting customers
You are responsible for the accounts on your servers. We expect you to have terms with your customers that prohibit the uses above and to act on abuse reports about them. The software includes tools for this (suspension, sending limits, the malware scanner and the firewall).
Reporting abuse
Abuse involving a website hosted with Sahaab should be reported to the hosting company that runs that server. Abuse of our own services can be reported to [email protected].
What we may do
If you breach this policy, we may warn you, suspend the affected license or service, or end your subscription as described in the Terms of Service.
